Handmade quilt by women in San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Many quilters and makers here in the US have asked for more unfinished quilt tops to finish off themselves and so we have more available now!
This gorgeous quilt top was made by one of our tiniest Makers, Dilvia. Dilvia is 26-years-old and has two children. She is a very hard worker and works together with her mother to make her quilt projects. Dilvia lives in a house with her husband and two children that measures 15' x 15'. It is a small space but she is grateful to have a safe home that was built with donations given from our One Common Thread donators.
This quilt top is made using our wheel design in bright colors and represents many hours of sewing.
Materials: high-quality thread, cotton fabrics for quilt top
Dimensions: 51" x 54"
The last photo is of the back of the quilt top.
