Handmade quilt by women in San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Description
Many quilters and makers here in the US have asked for more unfinished quilt tops to finish off themselves and so we have more available now!
This quilt top was made by Dilvia and her mother Maribel. These two lovely women live in two small one room homes outside of the main city of San Pedro City. Maribel and Dilvia and her family used to live in the city but due to gang violence and a threat against their lives they fled out of the city and had to rebuild their lives.
