Handmade quilt by women in San Pedro Sula, Honduras
This quilt was made by our sweet Maker, Neidy. Pronounced NAy-Dee She is a mother of three. Neidy is sisters with many of our Makers and she works very hard sewing while attending to the "tienda" store she has at the front of her home. From there she sells chips, drinks, and small candies to others in the bordo.
Neidy is a very hard worker and enjoys the opportunity to sew. Neidy keeps a very clean home and is grateful she can support her family.
Materials: high-quality thread, cotton fabrics for quilt top, minky fabric backing.
