Description
This stunning quilt was made by Kendy, in a variety of periwinkles, blues and lavenders. This quilt Is made just like a regular scrap quilt but in a half star design.
Kendy is 24 years old and she has three children who are 5, 4, and 2. She and her husband Elmer also take care of 2 of Kendy's sisters and a brother. Her sisters are 13, and 11 and her brother is 9-years-old. Right now Kendy is trying to save enough money to get a new roof on her house. With the tropical weather in San Pedro Sula there is a lot of rain and she would like to get a new roof to stop the leaking. She is so grateful to work for One Common Thread.
