Handmade quilt by women in San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Description
This pink, red and green scrappy quilt is so beautiful. It is so expertly made by Wendy and her daughter, Madeline. They live 8 hours on a bus outside of San Pedro Sula and they started sewing for One Common Thread from the very beginning. They take a bus to drop off work and pick up more every few months just to keep employed. This quilt is an example of their labor of love.
