Handmade quilt by women in San Pedro Sula, Honduras
This huge throw quilt was made by our Maker, Johana. Johana is 19-years old. She has a 2-year-old daughter and is from San Pedro Sula. She has a 6th grade education and she is grateful to have an income by working for One Common Thread. Her goals are to go back to school to finish the basics, get a degree, and to give her daughter a better future. This gorgeous Art quilt was made with tender loving care in her little 15' x 12' home.
