Karol made this two colored sampler quilt. It is very similar to our scrap quilts but this quilt actually has a pattern. Made with red and white stripe for one color and a mix of reds for the other color in the pattern. Karol made with while she was pregnant with her new baby. Karol is 19-years-old and also takes care of her youngest sister. The three of them keep busy as she sews the day away and tries to help her babies father with the bills. Karol has a very difficult life but she continues to persevere.
